Service terms
These terms govern AppExtra accounts and the services on them. The seller identity and payment instructions on a statement identify the contracting service provider for that charge.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Use two-factor authentication when AppExtra requires it. Account roles control who can see company and client data. A partner may invite a client user. That invitation does not make the client a partner and does not show wholesale terms.
Orders and payment
Direct customers pay the public price using the payment instructions on the statement. Approved partners use reviewed trade credit and pay the wholesale amount saved with the order. Recording a payment you collected from your own client does not settle the partner’s balance with AppExtra. Partner-managed clients do not have an AppExtra billing page.
Provisioning and renewals
A service for a direct customer starts after AppExtra records full payment. A partner service funded from approved credit may start when the order is within that limit. Auto-renew creates the next period for that account type. It does not debit a bank account automatically. Turning auto-renew off stops the next renewal and leaves the current paid period in place.
Monitoring notices
Where a service watches a website, notices about that site are operational messages. They are not an uptime guarantee, and the service does not install software on the website.
Suspension and cancellation
Services may be suspended for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms or the acceptable use rules. Cancellation does not erase paid periods, partial payments or financial records.
Availability and support
AppExtra works to keep the service reliable and to reconcile provider outcomes safely. Planned maintenance, upstream providers and events outside reasonable control can affect availability. Send operational requests through Support after you sign in.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights remain in force.
