AppExtra processes account, billing, service, support and security information to provide and protect the services you request.

Information we use

We use the name, email and password details you register, company and tax information you choose to provide, the services you configure, results from those services, support messages, payment records, session security data and administrator audit events.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate your account and services, record payments, send service notices, provide support, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and keep an audit trail.

Partners and clients

An approved partner manages their own client relationships. A partner may store a client contact and invite that person to sign in. Partner invoices to those clients are outside AppExtra. Client pages and client email do not include wholesale prices, partner credit or provider credentials.

Retention and your requests

Operational and financial records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal duties. Sign in and use Support to ask for access, correction, export or deletion where that applies to you.

Security

AppExtra uses access controls, encrypted provider credentials, two-factor authentication for platform administrators, audit logs and verified backups. No online service can promise absolute security.
